Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional come with a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the plan you choose. No credit card is required to start.
What happens when I exceed my API call limit?
We notify you at 80% of your plan's limit. Calls beyond the limit are charged at $0.10 per 1,000 calls, or you can move to a higher plan at any time to raise the included limit.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing takes 20% off the monthly price of your plan, additional users and agent add-ons, billed once a year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH transfers for annual plans, and invoice billing for Enterprise. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Which AI models and providers are included?
Starter includes models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. Professional and Enterprise include all five providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta Llama and Mistral AI. Administrators choose which models each team can use, and usage counts toward your monthly API call allowance.
How do marketplace agents work?
Agents are pre-built assistants for specific tasks. Each plan includes a number of agents; more can be added as monthly or annual add-ons. Agents can be customized with your own data and instructions, and are released to teams through an approval step.
Can I build custom agents?
Professional includes the custom agent builder, currently in beta. Enterprise adds support for custom agent development, including fine-tuning and private deployment.
What kind of support do you provide?
Starter: community support. Professional: priority email support with a 24-hour response time. Enterprise: 24/7 phone and Slack support with a dedicated account manager and success engineer.
Do you offer training and onboarding?
Professional includes self-service onboarding guides. Enterprise adds custom training sessions, dedicated onboarding and ongoing support from a success engineer.
How is my data protected?
All plans encrypt data in transit and at rest, and personal data is processed under a GDPR data processing agreement. Enterprise adds custom data retention policies, private model deployment and an on-premise option.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
Yes, for Enterprise customers, with dedicated support for deployment and maintenance on your own infrastructure.
What uptime commitment do you make?
Starter is best effort, without an SLA. Professional includes our standard SLA with service credits. Enterprise SLAs, including incident response times, are agreed in your contract.
