How slots work

One slot, one governed AI system

A governance slot is one AI system under active governance: registered, classified and tracked with its risk and impact assessments, controls and audit trail.

You pay for the systems you govern, not for every person who logs in. When a system is retired, its slot can be reassigned.

What is a governance slot (AIS-GS)?
An AI System Governance Slot (AIS-GS) represents one governed AI system in the platform. When you assign an AI system to a slot, it receives full lifecycle management, risk tracking, compliance monitoring, and audit capabilities. Slots can be reassigned as AI systems are decommissioned.
How does slot-based pricing work?
Professional plans include 3 governance slots for €1,500/month. Each additional slot costs €600/month. This model scales with your AI portfolio—you only pay for the AI systems you actively govern. Slots can be added or removed as needed.
What are complexity uplifts?
Complexity uplifts are optional add-ons for AI systems that require additional governance attention. Foundation models, generative AI systems, and high-risk applications may benefit from enhanced monitoring and specialized compliance workflows. Uplifts range from €300-€1,200/month per system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit for EU customers, and wire transfer for annual Enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Community tier is free forever with core governance features for up to 3 AI systems. Professional and Enterprise plans offer expanded capabilities for organizations with larger AI portfolios.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade at any time—changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact support if you need to add or remove governance slots mid-cycle.
What is the annual billing discount?
Annual billing saves approximately 17% on the base platform fee (€15,000/year vs €18,000 if paid monthly). Slot pricing remains consistent to provide flexibility for scaling.
Which compliance frameworks are supported?
AIMS is built around ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and the EU AI Act, and maps to ISO 27001, the NIST AI RMF and GDPR. The controls library covers all 38 ISO 42001 Annex A controls, with cross-framework mapping on Enterprise.
Can I export data and reports?
Yes. All plans include PDF report exports. Professional and Enterprise plans include automated report generation, Excel exports, and API access for integrations with your existing tools.
What kind of support is included?
Community: Documentation and community forum. Professional: Priority email support with 24-hour response time, plus onboarding assistance. Enterprise: Dedicated account manager, 24/7 priority support, and custom training.

Yes. We offer consulting packages for ISO 42001 readiness assessment, EU AI Act compliance gap analysis, and AIMS implementation. Contact our sales team for custom engagements.
